    Kansas legal question

Can someone in Kansas who is over 18 but under 21 use a handgun if they are with someone who is over 21? Specifically, if I want to go to an indoor range and bring a friend along who is 20 (I'm over 21), would we both be able to shoot handguns there? Thanks for any responses.

Can a CA resident buy in NV?

The CZ52 is probably the most popular and affordable. They can often be found for < $100. Even if you have to pay a dealer to accept delivery for you in CA, it still could be a good deal (depending what they charge, of course). AIM gets a small shipment of WW2 P-38s every once in a while...

    New Jersey Sucks! What crap.

Jersey, California, Maryland, Massachusets, New York, Hawaii, and Connecticut. Illinois came dangerously close this year, and we still have the veto session to get through in October. An AWB is no longer a viable federal option, so it's started to become a real problem at the state level...

    ATF parts import extension

Not that this makes their latest "interpretation" okay, but apparently we're going to be allowed to keep importing until the end of the year rather than only a 60 day window. Link

(IL) Police seize 'weapons of war'

Wow. He's dangerous because of that, but not because he may have fired on an officer? I wonder what Stone would call me if he saw the weapons in my house. That's true of the silencer (you'll get a state charge for that too, in IL), but aren't federal anti-bayonet laws all gone now? It...

Chicago Republicans put $10,000 bounty on Mayor Daley and his comrads....

He is, and I find most of his views - particularly those related to RKBA - contemptible. That said, he'd still be better for Chicago and for the rest of Illinois than Daley.

If they're talking about real AP ammunition, then the study should conclude that it's almost never used in crimes and that no further legislation is necessary. Since it's a Craig amendment, I suspect that's the case (unlike Teddy's version of what AP ammo should include). Unless you've...

An exemption for the federal government, in other words. It's not a grave risk with the current administration, but Clintons' DOJ certainly enjoyed litigation of this nature. And parts of the GCA are so vague, it wouldn't be too hard for a future administration to start suing manufacturers under...

Of course it's an assault weapon that the dealer "lays down on the counter", wanders off, and forgets about. That happens all the time at stores around here - I find loose guns just scattered about. It also seems that he's implying more children are going to die from now on because baseless...

It should prevent suits under those circumstances. Why on earth should the manufacturer be responsible if someone did not practice proper gun handling procedure?
