    early Ruger 22 auto magazine

    thanks guys, didn't have to remove the floorplate ( this is the early model with the chrome base ) I just forced the spring down till I got the button at the hole, pulled it out , flipped mag over and reinstalled the button, it works great... piece of cake.... thanks again for the help........

    YES, he does and he said no big deal , a deal is a deal and he's happy with the one he has, in fact we were shooting it this afternoon. the 303 not the 788, I'm having the stock refinished on it so it is out of service at this time.

    Savage 110 L manufacture dates

    I have 2 older Savage 110's and I have been trying to find out what year they were manufactured one is a .308 and serial number is 184XX I believe this one is from 1959 and the other one is in .243 and serial number is 548XX. anyone have this information ? ... thanks in advance.
