My wife is transcribing a court case about a bolt action single shot 22 rifle and the lady on the tape called it a "cuey" This seems to be the brand, but I can't find anything that sounds like that. Any help would be appreciated.

Radagast, Thanks, Mine hinges forward after pulling a knob that is built into the rear sight. With this knob up, you operate another release on the side. The 5 shot cylinder has an ejector that raises then falls after the barrel is hinger all the way forward to reload. It is a double action...

    My first .22lr pistol

I agree about the Ruger Single Six, I keep the Mag wheel in mine almost all the time. It is accurate enough for squirrel, and other varmints at reasonable range and so much fun to shoot.

    What is my S & W

I was just given, by the widow of a Pinkerton Agent, a S&W 38, 5 shot flip open revolver with a 4" barrel. The patten #s on top run from 1896-1906. The serial # on the rounded butt are 3350, then 399 is upside down.
