I have had this happen with HS-6 in a 38. I think it has something to do with the cold but more on powder position in the 38 case. A mag primer may help. I switched to a fast powder in my 38's and never had an issue after. I think the slow powder with weather and case position all together...
I have to agree with all of the comments to just shoot them. If the only issue you are having is discoloration it wont hurt to shoot them and save the heart ache of pulling them all down. If you must pull them I would pick up a collet puller if you have a lot to pull.

I think I got mine from Cabelas for 399 a few years back and free shipping. The price up top for 700 would be with the auto case and bullet feeder. That would be the only way it would cost that much.
I have no issues with my Hornady Scales. I have the automatic trickler and another digital. I think I payed around 85 dollars for it and it is spot on with my beam scale. I let it warm up for a while and then get to it.
I guess I am not following the exact instructions on the expander anymore. I put a case in and run the ram up. I then screw the expander in until I feel contact, lower the ram and give it a turn and check the result. If I want more I turn it in a little more until the desired amount of flare...
I only use the FCD on my 10mm with the Lone Wolf bbl. None of my other pistols need it. The LW is a very tight tolerance and I replaced my factory barrel in my G20. Works great but from time to time I have a round that is not perfectly round and it will jam. It is just easier to crimp with...
As Walkalong said the flare looks like has not been removed fully and could be your issue. Have you done a plunk test in the barrel of your gun? if it passes the plunk test it is fine as unless it is at the tight end of sammi specs it will probably work and load into battery. I would run them...
+1 to the Ruger Super Blackhawk Hunter....It is a solid single action and I prefer the 44mag flavor. It has provisions for a scope and hit accurate at long distances. I carry mine here in Alaska as a bear gun when out and about and want to stay on top of the food chain instead of being lunch...
I used 115's for a long time. They work well and remember every time you change a bullet profile or weight you will need to work back up from scratch. Use what you have and then you may want to try some 124's. I found that all of my 9mm's are a little more accurate with the 124's and you my...
You mention FTF's. Are the primers not igniting? That is not a load data issue if so. You probably are not seating the primers completely. make sure they are just below flush. I have not used AA7 for 9mm, so I cant comment on the data portion of your question.
Looks fine. Your primer looks good. Just make sure it is slightly below flush, I have never actually measured them though. You can try to play with the belling but a little bit of shaving is not going to hurt anything. Are you seating and crimping at the same time? That can give you a...
All I have used for years is the Lee trimmers.....You will find out that you will be happier with all of your rifle trimmed to the same length, and especially any caliber you are crimping. I do trim some of my revolver cases to that the canelure lines up on the brass consistently.
No favorite loads but I wish I could find some BE up here....I don't use it for .357's though. I don't know how well it would work...You can probably find some .38 spl loads for it pretty easily though.

I have to agree that something sounds wrong. I have several rugers and I have the Super Blackhawk Hunter. Never had any issue with any brass including PMC. I would try a different lot of ammo first and if it continues I would call Ruger. You could check the size of the cylinder as well and...
