Very nice! I have searched for a Firestar locally, but the few I've found have been too beat up for me to consider. I have heard the Firestars are plagued by brittle firing pins.

I will go to a concert every couple of years or so, and that's about the only time I voluntarily disarm. Of course, government buildings are a no go, so I avoid them IF possible. Perfectly legal here to carry in churches, hospitals, bars, etc. Casino carry is illegal here, but I don't gamble...

I pick and choose the events I attend as much as possible. For example, the Indiana State Fair has a carve out that allows it to ban firearms with the force of law, the Kentucky State Fair does not. I attend the Kentucky Fair and carry.

Most of the time I have a gun on in the house, for the most part to insure I have one on me when I go in and out during the day. Neighbors are a tad sketchy, and they have a pack of large dogs running loose that are even sketchier. Part of living in a rural area, it seems.

The only one I have from your list is the Beretta Cougar. Good gun, but the grip is rather thick. I usually carry a Sig 239 if I carry .40.
