Would it be a HIPPA violation if the license holder had signed a document during the application process allowing the licensing authority full access to mental health records? That is part of the application paperwork in Suffolk County.

Licenses in Suffolk County allow the gun owner to carry concealed to-and-from the range only. The Suffolk County Police Dept. is the licensing agency, and can suspend one's license at their discretion. Full carry on Long Island is virtually non-existant.

You can load 10 rounds at at an authorized shooting range, or at an NRA sanctioned competition, but limited to 7 in your own home with a licensed handgun. Absurd.

I think the Turner 1907 sling is what you are looking for. I would even consider saving $20 and ordering one of their "seconds." I hear the imperfections are barely noticeable. I use the leather national match sling on my match AR.
