In my neck o the woods the powder and primer prices are going up considerably. The local S/W and Academy prices are $10.00+ higher .($45.00 to $50.00 a LB. and primers $2 to $3.00 more per 100 Is this just here or all over.

Got some 185 gr. SWC cast lead that don't weigh the same. They vary 2 to 2 grains up or down. They mic the same in height and width I have some 230 gr plated from another mfg. (Berrys ) i think, that weigh 230 on the dot. What would be the reason for this.

New to the1911 platform. Can you explain the difference between the series 80 and 70 slide, also why do some guns have a plunger and some not. Want to remove the exteactor for cleaning on my Taurus PT1911 ands can't get the plunger out.

Heard a lot about the Ronin. 9MM full size. Saw one in the LGS the other day but it was the shorter barrel one with the alloy frame. Felt good in the hand, good trigger.
