I am not sure what they are going for now but the last time I considered buying a Taurus PT145 they were pretty cheap....$290 for a new one stands out in my mind. I know I have seen their .38 and .357 wheel guns for less than $300 locally when they are on sale. I would think those would...
OK, so I decided to sell off to handgun to fund the purchase of another. I am still very new to owning guns and I have never sold any type of gun. I have an interested buyer but I want ot make sure I protect myself if this person does something illegal with it down the road. As I understand...
A week or so ago a new Gander Mountain opened about a half hour from home. So tonight the wife and I were in the area and I stopped in to look around. I fondled a couple of shotguns that I would like ot have but could get cheaper elsewhere. I looked at some handguns that didn't really excite...
If would have been a cooler picture if it was a stainless 1911, but at least its not a highpoint.
I agree Glocks are good guns, I just haven't convinced myself to buy any polymer framed pistol yet. Nothing like the feel of cold steel (or aluminum) in your hands.
I paid $599 for my used loaded stainless Springer with fixed sigts. I saw a beautiful blued version, also used, for $575 when I picke dup my Neos about a week and a half or so ago.
I went through a similar situation a couple of months ago. I decided I wanted a 1911. It was to shoot and I had no intentions of carrying it, so I knew I wanted a full size verson. At first I wanted an inexpensive model. I was looking at the GI mil spec SA that was $99 at a local shop. I...
Are there any brands I should avoid like the plague? I have been looking at CDNN's catalog and there are some very reasonable ones there and the shop I bought my Neos had a millet in stock I beleive for about $80.
Well I am not sure if this is the best forum or not for this question but here it is anyway. I want to get a red dot scight/scope (not too sure on the correct terminology either) for my Beretta Neos. Anyone have a recomendation on one because there is a fairly broad price range? Also, do I...
I personally wold think that safest way to store it in the car woudl be in the olock box that is bolted to the car itself. I wouldn't dare leave it in the glove box.
It was lower by at least $100. It didn't look or feel as nice though. Of course a lot of that had to do with the difference in the grips. I also prefered the all stainless Kimber to the two tone Springer.
When browsing at a local shop I ran across botha Kimber and a Springfield 1911 in 10mm. They were both used. I don't recall the price of the Springer but I recall the Kimber being about $750. Are either of these worth considering over a Delta Elite?
