I own a model 66 and a PT1911. Both are good except the 1911 cannot feed any hollow points, at least none that I've tried. Ball ammo, 100%. I would bet I've put 2,000 rounds through it with no problems, just doesn't like hollow points.

And it was all five of them. Strangest thing I've ever seen. I agree, they are damaged. I just don't understand it. One, I would get but all five?

I have a Victory and I love it. It is not picky on ammo and just a blast to shoot. Takedown is easy though it requires a tool. Not too big of a deal for me though. I would highly recommend it.

I pocket carry as well. What I do is keep another spare gun in the glove box. There is this little cubby hole in there that fits my Bersa Thunder very well. I have small children so the backseat is not an option and the glove box is lockable, as is the gun should I need to leave it in the car...
