New to me Colt More pics.

NRM Colt I am the 3rd owner, previous owner claimed the work was done by Dave Helton over at Wades in Bellvue,Wa., either way it's a shooter and a keeper.

1911 choice. I guess I'll chime in, owned several 1911's over the years and I've always had great luck with Les Baer guns. Spend the money once, don't waste your time with anything else, for the money you can't beat them.

Just felt like posting a few pics. Great shooter, good trigger, well fitted overall.

Ranger II The sight's are Heinie straight 8's. I wasn't sure how I'd like them, I discovered I do like them because they allow both precise and quick shot's due to only 2 dots to line up. I can't wait to take this gun out tomorrow and put a couple hundred rounds down the pipe. Steve

Range report David, I would say the STI's fit and finish is equal if not a little nicer than my TRS, that being said I only have 100 rounds through the STI and over 2000 through the Les Baer without any problems.:)

I recieved my new Ranger II about four days ago from Dawson Precision, today was the first chance i've had to shoot it. All I can say is WOW! I fired a total of 100 rounds right out of the box, the gun worked like a swiss watch, accuracy is excellent point of aim is point of impact. No failures...

Carry 1911 I carry a Fullsize steel 1911 everyday with good gear it's not to bad. I use a Kramer leather belt and a Sparks SS2 IWB holster.:)

Pile-O-Crap pistol Accutec .380 purchased it many moons ago for the sum of $125, probably sold it for $25.

CCW If you can find one , I would think a Sig 225 would be a great double action auto for carry.
