I have owned a P380 and currently own the P238. The P380 would FTF, FTE now and again. I have never had trouble with the P238. As a bonus the P238 is fun to shoot!

I thought it was strange too. The manual doesn't have anything listed about it. I looked at the box and it said it was built 1/12 so I don't know what to think.
I felt that way with my LCP. I traded it in on a Kahr P380 and just that little bit of extra surface area was what it took. That gun made a Kahr fan out of me, picked up a CW-9 a month later.
