The automatic camera is a great idea, My dad has one on the back of his house to get pics of the deer coming in to eat, and as was mentioned their cheap enough, probably 1/10 the cost of the window they already broke. Oh another thing Get a dog.. if you havent got one already, perhaps...

I really dont like to cause problems in the workplace, but if his supervisor knows hes a jerk and he treats everyone that way.... and he still has a job... there isnt much you can do... chances may be that the bosses like him for his work quality or something and if you raise too much of a stink...

Yea I like the tetra gun grease, pretty good stuff.. Tho since ive had this militec sample I been using the grease that came with that on my stainless slides.. Good stuff too. If you havent tried it contact them for a free sample. I got mine in like 3 days after emailing them.

Its not all that expensive, the sample tube they sent me has lasted about 3 months so far, and its still nearly full... you just need a little drop here and a little drop there once you do the initial application... 20$ for a 4 oz bottle will probably last me a year or more.... thats nothing...
