mosin nagant 3.020 Oal puts the ogive just touching the lands.I read where some had been seating them as far as 3.050.I am using a familiar firearm that has been visually inspected by a pro.Also 48 gr. 4350 is on the low end of the specs.Have you ever used moly-coated bullets?
