Does Berger make bullets in .311? I couldn't find any last time I looked. I guess if you were loading for a Finn Mosin that had a .308 bore they'd do pretty well, but you probably won't get the best accuracy out of a regular 91/30 that slugs around .311 or so.
brickeyee has a good point too. Make sure that your Mosin is pretty accurate to begin with before you go out and spend more money on higher quality bullets. It is possible to have one that shoots well though (I had mine around 1moa before I sold it) but I wouldn't waste something like Bergers on a rifle that will only do 4" at 100 yards with your other hand loads.
