    BBC on FL law...

If you want to know what Brits think about our gun laws, there's a forum I hang out on intelligently discussing a lot of freedom-oriented topics. The Forum is called Moonworld (run by a Brit who goes by "Moon"). They're very respectable people there. Here's a few topics that go right along...

Tax Credit for Purchase of a Firearm

Well we all know that they aren't going to supply the arms to us. But I'm serious about proposing this Tax Deduction Bill. Here's a couple ideas. Dollar for dollar deduction from your taxable income up to a certain amount spent on firearms - say.. maybe $10,000, (this would be similar to...

Tax Credit for Purchase of a Firearm

I had an idea, and I wondered if this has ever been tried. Since it's in the Bill of Rights that a well trained militia is necessary for the security of a free State, would it not follow that a tax credit for the purchase of firearms would be in order??! What do you guys think...

My God! The Supreme Court actually ruled in favor of sovereignty???? There's a first time for everything, I guess.

    Another student handcuffed.

Yet another piece to the puzzle that paints the picture for public education being in a total state of chaos and ineffectiveness. For more on this topic, see my Liberty Papers. http://libertypapers.blogspot.com /shameless plug off.

Your thoughts on the New Deal?

Couldn't have said it better myself. Did you guys know that the first act FDR made in office was to seize all the privately owned gold? Yeah... he took everybody's private property and compensated them $20 an ounce or so. It's quite a fascinating story to read.

Florida again, At least this little girl was not Tazed.

Sorry, I'm not buyin' it. You can't tell me that one or two grown adults can't restrain a five year who's goin' bananas. A good butt whoopin is what this kid needs. And you're not going to convince me that it's anybody's fault but the parent's for letting the child get this out of control...

Parents of cyclist killed by mountain lion sue SoCal wilderness park

Well, this could all be solved by passing the "Scary Looking Wildlife Ban" in the State of California. Duh.

Florida again, At least this little girl was not Tazed.

I can ALMOST understand why the cops felt the need to act in the manner they did. With the kid going nuts and punching people, the need to restrain her MAY have been needed. I obviously wasn't there, so there's no way to know. Now, with the need to restrain the child, and then take into...

(AZ) Protesters denounce decision not to prosecute Army Reservist

Open borders would be perfectly fine with me, if we didn't have all the handout programs. If everybody paid their own way, and we did away with all socialist programs the taxpayers support, then yeah, I'd say open up the borders. Until then, however, seal them up as tight as possible, using...
