thanks all, I spoke with my attorney on the matter. all I need to do is inventory them with the rest of the estate for inheritance tax. I am the executor and I am not prohibited from owning guns, (I already have several).
Hello all,
Does anyone know the process of transferring a handgun after death? My father recently passed, he owns a few handguns that are willed to me. I'm not sure what the process is or if I even need to do anything. I live in Nebraska if that makes a difference. Thanks all.
A friend of mine wants to get a S&W M&P 22/ Ruger SR22/ Walther P22/ etc. to "help" improve his shooting skills with his FNX .40. He wants something similar in design to the FN. My opinion is that he should get rid of the .40 for a 9mm, (cheaper to train on and a good round) instead of wasting...
I finally got my red dot. I spent a little more than my original limit, but I feel I got a good deal. I ended up with a Bushnell Trophy 1x28mm red/green dot. Cabela's had it on sale for $80. Going to mount it tonight and try to get to the range to zero sometime this week.
I tried my g26 with an ankle holster. I'm glad I just borrowed it from my brother in law. It didn't feel secure at all. I use an IWB from The Holster Store. My bro in law carries a g27 in his and likes it. To each his own I guess.
Glock 26, I own it and CCW it. Reliable, easy to conceal under a t-shirt, high capacity for a sub compact, shoots like a full size, can get up to 33 round mags for it, easy to maintain, do you want me to keep going?
