    Picked up ANOTHER one

This BP addiction is worse then the ebola virus, with it you know you'll never get it again but with the BP one leads to another then another....Anyway just picked up my 4th rifle from a friend. Are You In The Historically-Accurate Camp Or Modern Practical?

Well a few years back when I laid my eyes on an 1860 Colt (and my hands) I said there would be 3 things I would have no interest in doing, I wanted to stay on the HC/PC side of the art..even though nothing is really 100% correct nowdays. Well I broke the first one with the purchase of an 1851...

I got me one from them awhile back and it is very well made...I have modified it somewhat so it will load from my 31 cal to my Walker..I put a spring on it to raise the handle and removed the set screw and used a thumb screw on the back (with detents) so I can raise or lower the main plate and...

    First BP paper cartridge

How hard is it to get into black powder?

To EASY to get into and almost impossible to get unhooked from..It's the same as being hooked on "crack"..The "crack" of opening the package the UPS man delivers, the crack of hearing the hammer locking back, the crack of the round being fired and the crack of it hitting the target..Plus it...
