    Looking For a Carry Gun

Your not naïve. Larger guns can be comfortable concealed as stated above. My FOXX holsters I use are a price efficient and overall great inside the waistband option even for large framed guns. My first firearm I carried was an EAA Witness Combat 9mm full size (It was Don Johnson's fault), at...

    Looking For a Carry Gun

"Don't take this the wrong way, but an attacker is going to be more intimidated by my P226 than your LCP." lol that is true if your worried about scaring them. I personally edc a RUGER LC9S and no grudge held and no offense taken and I understand why some people worry about intimidation...

    Looking For a Carry Gun

GLOCK 32 Gen 4 in 357 sig. Its lightweight, holds 13 rounds, fits all fingers comfortably, and doesn't have a safety. My old man loves his to death. My next project, a full size GLOCK in 357 sig reduced to the compact grip.

Looks like Cerebus killed off H&R1871 Firearms

Yeah that is what the ar-15/10 series is for. Broke; buy a lower for now. Get a little money; buy the upper you want. Can't stand the trigger; replace it. Want to replace furniture; your in luck cause they are loaded with options. Or just buy a budget one then change it later on like the S&W...

    Disarmed...

+1 lol! I love your post, seriously though. LC9S with much carry under its belt and no random shots either. Maybe we are just lucky and our Rugers listen to us. lol!

    Disarmed...

It's not "guns before family". It is "peoples' immediate family wife and kids, and anyone else's safety at the event before a family get-together". The people who refuse to let you enter the home with a gun chose "guns before family" because they are uncomfortable with a safe and caring family...

    Disarmed...

I try not to leave my firearm unattended especially in a car unless going into a school or bank or similar to where I am out quick. On a same note I do not leave my house without a firearm and that is why I have a few different sized pistols for different occasions. That being said, minus the...

New Ruger LC9s YES or NO?

Nope almost the exact same gun minus the striker fire mods done. They even have the loaded chamber indicator notch in the barrel now labeled as a "view port" upon the removal of the indicator :D Oh Ruger! lol

New Ruger LC9s YES or NO?

The m&p shield is a nice gun (wish my lc9s has the takedown) I shot about 20 rounds through my uncles and I plan on getting the p230 .357 sig in subcompact when it comes out and put a compact grip on it... Both good guns. With that being said the p320 is a little bigger and not really comparable...

New Ruger LC9s YES or NO?

I own one, edc one, and love it. It's lightweight, accurate, and very very slim to the point that I almost forget I have it on me. It's easy to holster and un-holster due to the chamfered and contoured slide with almost any holster and is a dream in my foxx iwb holster. The only negatives I...

    S&W 39-2 questions

Thanks for all the info and insight guys. The comp thing is definitely a no go at this point and I am glad for the input on the grips. With the grips in mind does anyone make a factory contoured grip with a rubber finish like hogue makes... I am a sucker for the feel of rubber grips. This...

    S&W 39-2 questions

thanks. yeah I had seen the pic of the hammer itself but was wondering if anyone used one and had a pic of it on the gun. Also I was wondering if those that have used it if they liked it/why or why not. I noticed that while the hammer is "bobbed" it also has serrations on the top, I was...

What are you go to carry guns?

I currently can carry a g32, ruger lc9s (my baby), ruger sp101 (my first and fav baby shh!), ruger p95, ruger sr22, and a soon to be mine s&w 39-2. You could take all those plus the other 2 pistols ive owned (m&p9 fullsize and a witness 9mm combat fullsize), dump em in a bag, let me at random...

What are you go to carry guns?

+1 It was my first carry gun (my father gave me his sp101 for my 21st) used to carry it every day and I love it still to this day, then I got the LC9S and well... I hate to say it but I don't grab it as often as I should anymore.

    S&W 39-2 questions

Hello guys and gals I have an opportunity to buy a S&W 39-2 and I had a few questions that I am hoping you can answer. First off I want a set of Pachmayr grips and I see two sets, one with backstrap and one without; does this replace the grip insert in the frame or does it just lay on top of it...

    I've come to a conclusion.......

I agree that aiwb is a fad for younger slimmer crowds. I say this being 21 and heavier myself but I see it a fad as well. When I am carrying on my waist I prefer inside the belt 4:30-5:00 where my stomach makes no contact and also use an inside the waistband hybrid as an inside the belt holster...

    I've come to a conclusion.......

+1 I am 5'9" 225 lbs. I was 250lbs. And while I usually carry owb I have just gotten tired of the snagging on things, the slight poke to my medium gut, and all other things mentioned here. As well, I get hot easily and am conscious about showing my gut :o so I find myself usually wearing a well...

    What's wrong with Glock?

Thanks, I have always wondered about that. It does make better sense to do it that way.

Weighing the choices, AR Rifle or Pistol

+1. the SBR stamp with the new sig brace in the picture is over-rated. I know the sig brace isn't as versatile or adjustable but you don't have to file paperwork that stays in the system for a weapon they don't really want you having (or they wouldn't regulate it) which doesn't sit well with me...
