no, the front side cannot drift that much unless you welded a shelf on one side,there is about 3/8 difference in the parralelism from the tang site to the barrel. ridiculous.

got a 45-110 quigley/pedersoli.the taps in the tang are off center,useless,whats the fix?do i weld them up and retap,fabricate a new base,buy a different tang sight? anyone know?

btw/i do not want to weld and retap unless it is absolutely needed,also,the peterosoli credemore site blocks access to the ramp for feild cleaning,any suggestions there?
