Looking at getting some front/rear sights tapped and installed on a Ruger American or Howa 1500 (haven't decided yet) and while it's not a difficult job, it's certainly above what I feel comfortable doing. I'm in the Lynchburg, VA area if anyone knows a good gunsmith that wants my money. Thanks.

I have way more experience with open sights so I tend to lean that way, but I'm willing to give other tried-and-true sights a try.

Looking for a quality (and of course, affordable) set of iron sights for a Ruger American 300 Blackout. I plan on having them professionally installed, so I don't need the NoDak sights. Nothing against them, I'm just looking for something a little more seamless looking...if that makes sense...
