    reloading 222

    I got some .223 loaded ammo still very old solid projectiles. Is it possible to hammer that projectiles out of the 223 case and load them in a 222 case? I live in South Africa and here we can still get the 223 ammo from the good old days used in the the R4 (5.56mm) in the military of our country.

    Remington or Savage

    which one will you prefer in a .223 caliber and why?? I am looking at the remington sps 700 tactical. Its not a heavy rifle and the 20" barrel does not bother that much.

    is crimping NB??

    I've been reloading 7x64 before without crimping the bullet in the case , now i saw in the instructions of my RCBS die that there is a crimping function. Will crimping make me shoot different and will my cases still withstand cracking?
