.380 Auto brass isn't all that hard to find. I see it a lot left on the ground at the local outdoor range.
If that won't work for you check the "for sale" threads on this forum. Yankee2500 usually has a good selection of brass.

What about the online retailers? Brownells and Midsouth both carry it I think. I don't shoot it so I don't know what is a good price. I've seen it basically everywhere.
Just look for 380 auto, or 380 ACP brass. As stated above 9x17 is 380 acp, in case you did not realize.
