Read the manuals. Read the forums. YouTube "how to's." There are also some manufacturer's videos out there that are simple and informative.
The Win 780 should be a solid choice but I just haven't worked up any loads yet. I bought it just for the 25-06.
RL19 is just a tad slower than the H4350 and is Nosler #7 choice for the 85gr BT's and 100gr Partitions.
In my spare time I do a "little" baseball. I know from experience that most elbow pain can be relieved with forearm and grip work. I am not a huge ice fan unless you have swelling. I am also against anti-inflammatory meds as the primary fix.
