Hello Guys, Just received a Super Blackhawk Hunter and am exploring scopes for said weapon. The kick of the 44 Mag will require a well made optic. I am asking if anyone out there has info that would lead to a good choice. I don't want to shoot a few rounds and have the scope shoot sh#t ...

    G17 concealed carry holster

If you live in a colder climate consider a shoulder rig for your G17. I have a Desantis New York Undercover fits the G17 nicely just makes you look a little broad chested. It rides well and doesn't flop around. A long tailed snap front shirt covers well and if you are warring a winter coat no prob.

    Who remembers this guy?

I wasn't in the radio era but I did watch the live runs of all the shows mentioned here. There were so many you could not remember them all but it is fun trying to and seeing the names of the forgotten ones.

What is your best 357 revolver?

Well it looks like the usual top 3 have popped up (Clot, S&W, Ruger) as expected. Maybe I should have said favorite instead of best, poor choice of words. Anyway lots of interesting comment's and food for thought. I just have to take a crowbar to the wallet and see what I can afford.

    How fast is ruger?

Hello, I asked this question in "old army aftermarket parts" . But I thought that I should ask in a new thread and maybe collect some more info with more input. fffg VS ffffg

The essence of stupid is not asking questions that could hurt you or someone else. I didn't know so I asked. There is no need to cast aspersion's unless you need to do it to make yourself feel superior. No the shoe dose not fit my foot. Look to your own shoes. Thank the moderator for...

    4Fg for cowboy loads

I am sorry I didn't make it clear, I was referring to loading a 45 colt as a cowboy load. Decided it is too fine for C&B and I had found data on 3F & 2F for the 45 colt, have conversion cylinder. was thinking of using the 3F data -5% and work from there on the loads. Just want to burn up the...

    4Fg for cowboy loads

Yesterday I posted a question about 4Fg in a ROA. Conclusion is it is too fine for shooting C&B. The new question is I can find load data for 2F & 3F in 45 colt "cowboy" loads but not for 4F. Should I reduce the 3F data and if so by how much? Any help is welcome.
