Has anyone here ever removed the forearm off a win 62 pump 22? I have the old rossi made Interarms Model, and i remember having a hard time removing the forearm. I am helping a friend restore a rusty Win. 62, but forgot how the forearm comes off. Thanks for any help.

I found a Mohawk 48 a few years ago with a damaged barrel (bulge at very end), I decided to revive the gun. Cut barrel at 19 inches, reblued all steel & refinished the stocks. Since the Mag cap is same as an 870, I added an extension. I now have a reliable HD gun.

I had a 67 in 20 Ga for a long time. The trigger housing is made of pot metal & can break. It was prone to jamming & was a hard pumper. I do not like them. Gunsmith told me once they keep coming back to his shop for repairs.

I know most of these 24s have a heavy & rough trigger pull and my 24v in 222 Rem/20 Ga. is no different. Is their a gunsmithing solution to smooth out & lighten the trigger? Thanks for any help.
