I bought a Glock 17 a couple months ago and now I want to get something stainless. Not sure what caliber, but most likely a .40 or .45 I don't want to spend more that $700 for it.

I'm thinking about getting one of those trigger blocking plugs so I can keep my glock 17 loaded w/o worrying about accidently pulling the trigger. Is it easy to knock em out in a hurry? Also, I'm thinking about getting one of those plugs that plug up that little hole on the bottom of the frame...

I went to the range yesterday and rented a Glock 17 and a Springfield XD 9mm 4 inch. They both felt about the same to me, but I was considering a Glock 17c as well, but the range didn't have any, so I didn't get to test it. I can get a New Glock 17 for $489, a new 17c for $510, or a new XD 9MM...
