Yes you can, just not the included powder measure. I'm gonna try my Dillon measure here soon since it doesn't leak h110.

It is only because of the reset rod that runs down though a bushing on the frame. It forces the powder drum to come back down if it gets stuck.

I don't see any reason my hornady measure wont work, I also have a dillon measure that should work.
