What is the name of the revolver part that rotates the cylinder by turning the notches in the extractor?

Does anyone know if ALL 12 rd steel Galil mags are for firing blanks only? I've seen them for sale on a couple of different websites...some specify blanks only, and others do not, indicating that they are for standard ammunition.

Has anyone else noticed that .380 ammo appears to be the best priced cartridge? I remember not too long ago that 9mm was the best deal, but that doesn't seem to be true currently. Weird.

I was given an Eig-Eibar 12mm black powder pistol. From what I understand it is a cheap, 1960s-ish black powder pistol. Is anyone familiar with this gun? Also, it's missing a hammer screw and I was hoping someone might know where I could find a replacement.

Is the Mosin Nagant capable of longe-range accuracy with a quality scope? It seems like 100 yards or slightly more is the only distance I hear about with regards to the accuracy/practical range of these rifles.
