Why would they question it? It's hidden under teh same cover garment hidding your gun on the other side of your waist ain't it? Why not use a regular mag holder without the flap? What am I not seeing in this picture?

If you believe that is all you could experience, then pack accordingly. It cost me nothing to have 2 or 3 extra mags on me, what will it cost you if you have none?

I was wondering if someone would catch that. :) I'm right handed so the 0800 makes sense for a reload, the front right pocket makes sense for a strong hand reload if I lose the weak hand.

One spare in pouch on belt at 0800 and another in front right pocket. That's for single stack 1911 mags. For the G17, one on belt same position. The likely hood of two reloads is very slim and I have a SureFire A2 on the belt behind the mag already, so two mags on belt plus the light...

154CM is S30V I've been packing the larger Ritter Griptillian for over a year. Awesome folder.

If you are not shooting past 600 yards then it usually does not matter. I use 30mm for the travel increase on my gun. Shooting under 600 is just too easy. :) Nice articles in the sigline Zak!
