    Smith and Wesson 1913

    Hi all, recently came across a Smith and Wesson 1913 35 caliber autoloader. Problem: no magazine, no ammo. Need to know where to find a magazine and ammo. The gun was in a drawer with 32 caliber ammo. Will it work with this caliber? At any rate it needs a magazine. I will post a pic later...

    yeah, it was a friends granpa's. i don't think he was able to do much as he got older, and his collection suffered. he did have some nice stuff, my hubbie came home drooling! :)

    ok, can't find a caliber marking anywhere. the 30-06 appears to be the right diameter but is too long. also, the serial number is stamped on the barrel with the crest and again about 2" away on the reciever. and thanks for all your help by the way!

    there is something on the bolt lever, it is very small. it looks like a lion standing on it's hind feet with the initials 'pv' below.

    there is some kind on small insignia stamped there...looks like an 'a' with a small circle around it, or maybe a three fingered something...it's really small
