local shop has a standard USP for about $720. I hear its most common in 40 but i also hear 40 cal is jumpy. Should i get it in 40 or 45?

I don't even mind the FOID as much as other stuff (though its useless for catchign criminals). All i have to do is pay 5 bucks to the state to have a card that says im not a felon and can buy weapons. What is worse that the FOID is we have a small list of animals that we are allowed to hunt...

I am 20. In illinois you have to be 21 to purchase handguns or handgun ammo, but if you are just using one and have parental permission and void card, you can hunt with one under the wildlife code without being 21. I'm just wondering if you can also target shoot with one on private property...
