    Beretta px4?

I bought one in 9mm about 4 years ago and i have never had a single malfunction with it. I found it to be very reliable and have very mild recoil, probably due to the rotating barrel system.

    Kobra Red Dot's

I believe they have stopped importing them. But if anyone still has them it would probably be here - http://tantal.kalashnikov.guns.ru/kobra1.html

Would a Saiga 308 satify your AK itch?

Maybe for a while, its a lot more expensive to shoot than a normal AK though. No, not me. Aside from the looks, not doing the conversion means you have to put up with the awful trigger and cheap feeling butt stock. On the other hand, converting the .308 is pretty simple since you dont...

    Saiga 12g, how reliable?

That seems a bit excessive. I didn't spend anywhere near that much on mine. I have less than $800 into it and I didnt need to do any "break in", it worked fine from day one - no bolt polishing, and no aftermarket gas plugs or pistons. Also, i believe that the issue of "vodka specials" with the...

How much corrosion is too much?

Yeah, thats kind of what i was thinking. This stuff came on canvas belts and the first one i got was excellent, so i ordered 2 more and those had the corrosion. I guess i can just leave them in the canvas belt and hang it up as a decoration. :neener:

How much corrosion is too much?

I picked up some Swedish surplus 6.5x55 from Samco a few months ago, and now that the weather is starting to warm up im finally going to be able to get out and start shooting it. The majority of it looks pretty good, but about 30% or so has enough corrosion around the rim of the case to make me...

    Thinking about a new pistol

I'll second this motion. Mine has been extremely reliable since day one, and a pleasure to shoot. And I dont think you will have to worry about everyone and their mom having one either. :D

    Opinions On S&W 1911

I have one of the early SW1911's from when they first started making them, and the only problem i have ever had with reliability was due to a bad magazine. It was a Wilson Combat mag too, go figure. Works great with my other magazines.

    Bushnell Trophy Red Dot

I believe that the one pictured in the OP's link is the first generation, and that one on the Bushnell site is the updated model. Not sure if there are any differences besides the appearance though.

    Bushnell Trophy Red Dot

I have seen a few other people with this issue, and the first time i mounted mine i thought i had a crooked one as well. Turns out that I just needed to press down firmly on the top of the sight while tightening the mounting screws. I dont know if that will work for all of them, but it...

    Saiga-12 Magazines, what's the best?

Ive never had a problem with my Surefire 12 round, but mostly i use the AGP 10 round mags.

    P6 Barrel Question

Just curious, why would DPX be better than any other JHP rounds? My P6 is dated 8/80 and its mostly ok with JHPs, but not enough for me to feel comfortable carrying it. Out of 100 Golden Sabers i had 2 FTFs, and while testing it with HSTs i stopped after 4 or 5.

    Saiga SHTF Rifle.. 5.56x45, 7.62x39?

Silly Hypothetical Tacticool Fantasy? :p Actually its for s**t hitting the fan. A total breakdown in law and order, which for whatever reason is a major preoccupation with some folks.

How far would you drive to go to the range?

Its about 30 minutes to the indoor range, and well over an hour to the outdoor range i go to.
