I just find this funny: Yet you started with a Stag 2T. Not that there's anything wrong with a Stag. They are good rifles from what I've seen. but far from "the best."

Actually, you don't have to re-barrel the rifle. You can just switch to a low profile gas block in the standard carbine gas port position, and then mount a standard FSB at the rifle length, and toss some standard rifle-length handguards on it and viola! Carbine gas, Rifle sight radius.

I've got two more to add to my collection before I can slow... a bolt action centerfire, probably an SPS, and a 10/22. But I'm also going to need optics for them... but that isn't a gun. :p

If it's Real California cheese, then it's limited to 10-slice mags and must have either a fixed-mag or a non-pistol-grip stock. And if it's Wisconsin cheese, it can't be concealed. :p

I've been waiting on a SpecOps NRS for over six weeks now, and last time I called, they had pushed the expected date back another two weeks... saying mid-March... I hope the two-and-a-half-month wait is worth it.

Also, their armament was supplemented when they disarmed the fake Marines.

Specifically a Saiga .223. I'm going to go out on a limb and assume (you know what they say about assuming) that the 10-round Saiga and 10-round AR mags would fit in the same pouch, no?

I've been looking all over online, and for the life of me, all I can find is pouches for the 30-rounders. It seems to me that a 10-round mag might be difficult to quickly extract from the bottom of a 30-round pouch. Has anyone figured out a solution (or a work around) to this?

So true! Part of my job is race photography, and constantly taking the plugs in and out of my ears over the weekend would leave my ear canals sore at the end of the trip. So one event, I thought I'd be smart and bring my shooting muffs - they didn't work so well on the low frequencies of 2500...
