Like 10X said, Mec-Gar is the way to go. I just bought 3 of their flush-fitting 15-round magazines from CDNN and posted a little review of them on my blog here. CDNN also carries the standard 13-round magazines and the 15/17-round South African jobs.

Also be aware that the SA model has a different slide with full-length rails instead of the Hi-Power style lightening cuts on the regular B model, so it might not fit into all CZ-75 holsters.

As El Tejon said, open-bolt guns are less accurate than closed-bolt designs, because the impact of the (usually quite heavy) bolt slamming forward is much more jarring than a hammer hitting a (usually very light) firing pin. It seems to me that lock time would also have to be a lot longer, too.
