    What am I doing wrong?

It's a LnL AP. I'll try turning the die down more.

    What am I doing wrong?

It was always my understanding that you back the die off the shell plate 1/4 turn. Am I mistaken?

    What am I doing wrong?

I've been reloading for a while but not in the last year or so. I set up my press for .223 using RCBS dies I had previously used without issue. I've got some processed brass from sharch and some unprocessed from who knows where, probably Wideners. The processed brass chambers in my AR but the...

    Well, this sucks

I wouldn't have used them either except for the fact that a set came with the lower.

    Well, this sucks

I just received a Spikes Gen ll billet lower, also known as the compressor. It's milled out to accept the KNS anti-rotation pins. I'm putting in a Geiselle SSA trigger and what do I find out? Geiselle says don't use the KNS pins on any of their triggers. Crap.

Somethings up with my 5.56 reloads

http://www.sinclairintl.com/.aspx/lid=16081/GunTechdetail/Setting-Up-Your-Full-Length-Sizing-Die This contradicts just about everything I've heard so far. Who's right? Or are both ways right?

How do I remove a stupid sticker

What part of the hairspray actually does the trick? I'm fresh out with no wife around.

How do I remove a stupid sticker

I just bought a Savage TR2 .22 and on the stock is a sticker that talks about their accu-trigger. Of course they didn't use a glue that allows for easy peeling and I can't get the darn thing to come off. It's a composite stock with a digital camo pattern and I don't know if a product like "goof...

When do you guys do your trimming? After resizing or before?

Somethings up with my 5.56 reloads

A little bit right around the lower part of the shoulder all the way around.

Somethings up with my 5.56 reloads

OK. I just blackened two cartridges. One that chambers properly and one that doesn't. They both came out looking the same. I got my calipers out and measured every conceivable dimension and they all came out to within 1 or 2 thousandths of each other. I'm at a loss.

Somethings up with my 5.56 reloads

I do crimp with a Lee FCD but maybe I am crimping a little with the seating die. I'm going to try a sharpie and see what happens.

Somethings up with my 5.56 reloads

I've been reloading 5.56 for 7-8 years now and up till recently it's gone well. But now I can't get my recent reloads to chamber in any of my 5 AR's. The bolt won't close all the way and the rifle locks up to the point that I have to mortar it to get the cartridge out. It doesn't happen every...

The Pistol Powder Shortage Seems to Be Over

    Question about rail length

That sucks. I was going with a Rainier Arms Force Free Float System in 12". I really don't like the looks of a 15" rail on an 18" barrel but I don't want the gas block showing either. Guess it's the 15".

    Question about rail length

Will a 12" rail completely cover a low profile gas block on an 18" barrel with a rifle length gas system?

Rail won't fit over barrel nut

God I hate getting old. There isn't any video on you tube showing the install of this rail so I didn't know that this rail comes apart in two halves. It's on now. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Rail won't fit over barrel nut

I have this barrel nut http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/Barrel-Nut-AR15-p/barrel%20nut%20ar15.htm And this rail https://troyind.com/products/mrf-10-fde When I test fitted the nut to the rail prior to installing the nut it looked good. But now with the nut in place the rail won't slide in far...
