interarms ppk .32 acp value ?

This is my Interarms PPK in .32 ACP. No complaints at all. Sweet shooting little pistol and not a safe queen. Goes into the woods with me all the time. Hits what you point it at, if you point it right.

    Hey, look, an LCP Review!

When you say that the LCP slide doesn't engage, do you mean it doesn't hold the slide back, or you can't engage it with your thumb because it's too flat? The slide lock on my LCP holds the slide back just fine, but it's hard to grab with the thumb because it doesn't protrude. Also, when...

    Ruger Reverse Move with LCP

In the pic above it looks like it was a steel part, not a plastic part, that broke.

    LCP magazine extension mod?

This is a question for y'all who aready have an LCP. Is the bottom of the magazine easy to remove, and could it be replaced by an after-market pinky extension?

    Ruger Reverse Move with LCP

I haven't seen the insides of the LCP, but is there room for the pin to work its way up and out? Or would it run into something and stay put?

    Bare steel revolvers?

I coat all my woodworking tools with CorrosionX and I never see rust. This is a great lube for guns too, so I'm thinking maybe try it on your carbon steel gun and see how it does. I wouldn't bead blast though. I'd mirror polish. Fewer places for rust to start.

fair price for NIB IBOK mirror polished SP101

"Now we know why 1.2 billion Indians have not been able to defeat 165 million Pakistanis." I'm failing to see how this statement contributes to this thread. What am I missing?

fair price for NIB IBOK mirror polished SP101

Yep, that's the IBOK. Good stuff. Be careful, though. Some people think they're handier than they really are. "A man's gotta know his limitations!" Do it in a plastic bag for when those springs fly!

fair price for NIB IBOK mirror polished SP101

I bought a new SP101 a few days ago, did the IBOK action smoothing, and then decided to try giving it a mirror polish. I have a lot of experience in fine polishing from formal training and work on band instruments (ever try rouge buffing a trombone before lacquering?) so the revolver wasn't too...

A polish only a Mothers could love.

Mothers Mag is a very fine polish. If the scratches in the original finish are too deep, no amount of rubbing with a fine polish will take them out--unless of course you want to put 300 hours or more into one revolver. A good way to reduce the time needed for a mirror shine is to carefully...

Seeking photo of SP101 trigger plunger

I have the IBOK. I just need a photo of another trigger plunger to compare mine to (the IBOK doesn't have a pic of it).

Seeking photo of SP101 trigger plunger

I want to compare the rather rough plunger on my gun with another example before I file off a burr that might end up being a crucial part of the shape.

SP101 hammer interfering with sight picture

"No Bill, don't lay the rule on top of the front sight and then thru the groove of the rear sight" Pistol Toter, I didn't. Read my post again. Here's what I wrote: "I just laid a machinist's rule on the top of the front sight and on the top of the rear sight."

SP101 hammer interfering with sight picture

The rear notch is approx. .070 deep. I just laid a machinist's rule on the top of the front sight and on the top of the rear sight. As the hammer arcs back, it comes closer to the rule than .070, partly obscuring the sight picture. It's not an aftermarket part. The gun is brand new. A...
