Brownells has schematics that you can look at to identify and order parts.

Mine will feed if seated to max length. Others have tried this and it did not work for them. Seems most people can not get them to feed.

I used the Workmate solution too. I bolted plywood to the top to mount the press and bolted a piece of plywood to the legs to widen the stance. I stored all my components on the plywood on the floor to add weight.

I'm not sure about the S&W oil with Cerflon. I wanted to try some but have not gotten around to it yet. I do use the liquid wrench dry lube with Cerflon for inside mag housings and such. So far it seems to work well.

Just make sure you check the case length. They have a tendency to stretch.

Ditto on the lead away cloth. I use it on my stainless guns and barrels. The thing works wonders.

Winchester recalled some 22 ammo that was producing similar results in other guns. Worth checking the lot number IF it was Winchester.
