I have the new .380 Ruger and I like it. I realize thie Keltec is bigger but I like the idea of a light small 9mm. I have a Keltec .32 and retired it with the Ruger. My gun store was not impressed but I value the opinions I see here so any feedback out there.
I have been thinking of buying a rifle. I have thought about an AR style or the Heckler & Koch USC 45 Carbine. My range does not allow rifle ammo but will allow pistol caliber carbines. The nearest range for rifles is about 45 minutes away as compared to 15. Anyone have experience with the H&K?
Practice makes almost perfect :-). I shoot mine fairly often. I feel comfortable with it out to about 20 feet. I only carry it if I am wearing a fanny pack without an over-shirt. I wear a Great Western pack and I use it for my wallet and other personal articles. I keep the center section open...
Stay in the car and keep your hands on top of the steering wheel. If it is at night I would advise putting on the interior lights to give the officer a clear view of the interior. Car stops are extremely dangerous. In the winter I always had my hand on my backup snubby in my overcoat pocket.
I rarely go to the movies anymore. Too many cell phones, too much talking, I gotta hit the head at least once and usually miss a great scene and a big headed man or woman often sits in front of me. Netflix and Blockbuster fit the bill.
