Yes I am. I shoot both Autos and wheel guns this way. I know some folks say you shouldn't hook with revolvers but I have never had any troubles. I find it gives me better control and aim.

Good info guys. Thanks! I too have heard lots of bad things about ProMags. I have never tried them up until I got my P6. So far the two I have work fine. $20.00 vs. $50+ for Sig mags makes a guy want to try them. I do want to get some good old Sig mags some time.

I bought a nice used Piatta 1851 Colt Navy Civilan Model last spring. Grips look like they had been coated with melted plastic! I striped them and used Formby's tung oil. I only used 2 coats but they look great now. Very nice job on your Henry.

Up until this month I was carrying a M&P40. I now carrya S&W 4516-1. I also switch off some times to my S&W 65-5LS or my S&W 3913.
