Yes I am. I shoot both Autos and wheel guns this way. I know some folks say you shouldn't hook with revolvers but I have never had any troubles. I find it gives me better control and aim.
Good info guys. Thanks! I too have heard lots of bad things about ProMags. I have never tried them up until I got my P6. So far the two I have work fine. $20.00 vs. $50+ for Sig mags makes a guy want to try them. I do want to get some good old Sig mags some time.
"Do not buy Promags. They suck. Might be okay for range use but definitely not for defense."
How so?? I bought 2 Promags and they work fine at the range Sunday. Can you tell me more? HP not feed well in Promags?
I bought a nice used Piatta 1851 Colt Navy Civilan Model last spring. Grips look like they had been coated with melted plastic! I striped them and used Formby's tung oil. I only used 2 coats but they look great now.
Very nice job on your Henry.
Nice Sig. I love them two-tones. I had three at one time. Last one was a well used but taken car of 228. Should have kept it. I wouldn't mind a nice 220 or 239.
I am a handgun guy for sure. I own a number of them and none are Glocks. Most are Smith & Wessons. To be honest I would like to shoot one. Don't know if I would buy one, but want real bad to shoot one.
Hello from ND
Hello all. Heard a lot about this Forum. Looks great. I am on a few others gun but this one is a real GUN Forum. I am a Smith & Wesson fan as you can tell by my ID. Thanks for letting me come on in!
