I completely agree. My blueprinted M-24 with a Shilen #7 contour, on an HS precision stock is sub 1/2 MOA, but I would have to see the shooting... not the pictures of a target.. but that's just me.. I am a skeptic.....

On a magazine gun, the only limit to your length is the length of the magazine. And to make sure the bullet is in contact with the rifling of the barrel. On my M-24 I neck up the OAL about .003 just shy of the barrel grooves.
