One thing I think is a problem with toy guns is making them look so real that it is hard to tell them from real guns without a close look. This causes problems when a criminal wants to use one and then claim he was harmless when he gets caught. Of course, some real guns are made to look like...
I'm not sure what the actual policy is but at the Wal-Mart store I go to when you buy a gun an employee will carry the gun out the door and then hand it to the customer.
What good is a concealed carry permit if you can't carry everywhere you go? If I have a drivers license I can drive all over the US. But it seems individuals can ban concealed carry when they feel like it. Seems like the ole double standard to me.:banghead:

I've hunted North Missouri for over 40 years with a 270 win. I works for me. Mine is a Rem. 760 w/ leupold VXII 3x9x40. My main binoculars are Tasco 8X40, maybe not the best but good enough. You will no doubt get lots of different answers and most won't be wrong, just different opinions.
Mine did the same thing so I always take the battery out when I'm not going to use it for a while. Don't know why but there seems to be a drain on it even switched off.
