I've been looking but cannot find someone, other than volquartsen, that makes a good 22 mag semi auto rifle. I had a 597 ls bb but had nothing but magazine feed issues . I tried several remington clips but no luck. any suggestions?

clean yes milkman it was stipped and cleaned and worked well for 250+ rounds . It looks like extractor has hooked edge of barrel. Yes it was bought new . The store wants smith to fix but i dont believe you should have to fix or file down parts of new 1200 $ gun.
