I know Recce is more of a concept than a specific type of carbine but what I'm trying to figure out is what exactly is the concept? Is it a m4 designed for mid-range precision shooting that can work for cqb or is it a a cqb carbine that can make precise mid-range shots?

I would try to build one myself but right now lack space and equipment. I didn't know there were multiple piston systems, so I will look into that and consider waiting.
