Hard cups
I have this same problem in my Baby Eagle 9mm with Wolf SPM primers. About every 40th round Ill get a light primer strike. Give it another tap and they have always gone off the second time for me.

I recently purchased a used Lyman 356402 2 cavity bullet mold. Its a 120 grain Truncated cone .356 dia. Appears to have very light use, if any. everything is tight. Mold sides come together properly. The problem I'm having is that its dropping bullets that are approx .363. .007 larger than spec...
