Winchester White Box, fired from a Norinco .223 AK. The neck is completely gone, and the center of the primer blew out. The bullet did exit the bore, but the case ended up as a lovely Type 3 malf. I had no similar happenings in 100rds fired today, from the same batch of ammo. \ Diagnosis?
