Hi all, I just picked up an older Marlin .22 rifle with a Bushnell Banner 3X9 made in Japan. It has the same size objective as a Nikon scope I recently bought, but the Bushnell scope is clearer and brighter than the Nikon. Are the Japanese Banners a step up from the present-day Banners?
