I can tell you that the Magpul PRS is most likely a waste of money, in regards to the cheek adjustments. Plenty of less expensive stocks that will give you a good cheekweld without any adjustable parts.

I've had great experiences with PSA. One thing to keep in mind: they are a small shop, and with the prices they have, they can get backlogged pretty easily. You might have to wait a short time to get your toy. The barrels are just as they advertise them.

You can go the pistol route, or just buy the rifle lower, send off your form, and wait for it to return before buying the rest of the parts. But yes, you do not want to have a SBR upper fully ready to go, with a rifle lower anywhere near it until you've got your stamp in hand.
