    Beretta Neos Failure to Feed

All I have is the camera on my Droid. As to the rest, yes the round will chamber when I depress the slide lock lever during a "jam." And my support hand isn't putting upward pressure on the lever since I'm a lefty. As far as I can tell, its not bumping against my index finger either.

    Beretta Neos Failure to Feed

I purchased a new u22 Neos over the weekend after reading many reviews touting its reliablility with almost all .22 rimfire ammunition, its comfort, and accuracy. I also felt the need to improve my pistol marksmanship and looked at this as an affordable means towards that goal. Anyway...

Would you sell multiple guns for 1 dream gun?

No because all the guns I own were bought because I really wanted them.

    Problem with my Marlin '94

After an afternoon of shooting my '94, I put the rifle away for a day or two but when I went to shoot it again a day later, the action locked up. I noticed the problem when I tried to chamber a round from the magazine and the slide would only open about an inch. If I let go of the lever, it...

    Alpine Custom Rifle

While I can't tell you anything about your particular rifle, there was an Alpine in CA that made commercial M1 Carbines in the early 60's. One of the company heads later worked with Wilkinson Arms. Maybe that will be of some use in your search. You'll have to sift through some of the M1...

J&R Engineering (Wilkinson) M68 Carbine Question

I recently acquired one of these at a heck of a discount from a local fun shop. Other than a few basics that I read on a TFL thread from 2007, there isn't much I've been able to find about this rifle. I was curious about how many were actually produced, first of all. I read it was around 2200...

Believe it or not, a friend told me about one of these on either aa or gb that went for 1500

    Look What Followed Me Home...

I think it was given the name Terry, after one of Wilkinson's daughters. Linda would be the much lauded pistol version. And the Sammy's will be great after a day at the range! Mmmm Cream Stout....

    Look What Followed Me Home...

I'd been looking at this Wilkinson Arms M68 carbine in a local gun shop for a while now and I finally talked the dealer into cutting me a deal on it. I walked out the door with it and a 31rd magazine this morning for $475. I can't find a whole lot in the way of info on these, but a few members...

    How perisable are shooting skills

I don't have anything in the way of hard data, but it looks to me like you're comparing field marksmanship to target shooting. Hitting a roughly 12" vital area is much different from shooting a 2" 10 ring at 100yds. Not to downplay taking a shot like that, though, because my heart is usually...

    Good NEW M1 Carbine mags

Ammoengine.com is pretty helpful for finding most ammunition. It doesn't cover all the ammo-carrying sites, but it does get quite a few of them. As for mags, yes, the KCI mags will work decently well for informal shooting or plinking.

    223 vs 308

I'm not always convinced it's the round that's inherently more or less accurate, rather, it's the rifle from which the round is fired. Having said that, I have a friend who regularly shoots sub .25 with a custom built .308 M700 that he picked up for around 1500 before optics. So I'm not sure...
