A friend of mines parent passed away and left behind 2 handguns in NC. The intended reciepent is in TX.
My question is in 2 parts.
Gun # 1 is not registered to the intended reciepent (in TX).
Gun #2 is regiseterd to the intended reciepent (in TX).
How does he ship the handguns?
