Going cheaper I liked my Springfield Mil Spec, but I ended up selling it in favor fo the Kimber Warrior, which I LOVE.

The first gun I bought was a 220, brand new about 8 years ago. It has performed excellent. Accurate as hell and dead reliable. Not sure when the slide change was made, but looking at mine it does have a roll-pin in it. No light rail available when I bought mine.

Know some guys over on the Sig 556 forum that are not fans of the factory mag. I don't even think I have used mine. Bought a few Magpul PMags, and they are great. Excellent construction and I haven't had one feeding problem or heard of anybody complaining about them.

Picked up my Sig 556 last year.
